ERP is a progress monitoring system designed for Mississippi elementary and secondary students. This web-based platform was designed to measure progress on state benchmark objectives using assessments tied to DOK levels and Performance Descriptor Levels. ERP is a web-based data management tool providing, teachers, students and parents with powerful reports about current student skill levels and shows progress throughout the year.


Use this tool to...

  • Create universal screenings for students to determine baselines for student achievement and monitor progress for AYP accountability
  • Create assessment probes based on  teacher selected state framework objectives
  • Create quarterly or six-week common assessments to monitor progress based on district pacing guides.
  • Create annual goals for IEPs and probe more often for those students who need more intense focus on instruction. 
  • Monitor at-risk students often and evaluate progress and the effectiveness of instructional interventions

This progress monitoring system was designed for Mississippi teachers to help monitor instruction and facilitate data-driven decision making at every level. Reports can be used to document the effects of interventions and serve as an effective communication tools for students, parents and teachers.

Report features include:

  • Reports can be generated by student, class, grade level, ethnicity, gender, and district level.
  • Teachers receive an e-mailed report when student completes testing.
  • Principal automatically gets a class report e-mailed when the teacher generates it.
  • Questions are tied to DOK levels and DOK levels are included in the reports.
  • Performance Level Descriptors are included in each report.
  • State framework objectives are included in each report.
  • Reports include easy to read indicator flags for any tested items falling below 50%tile.
  • Reports list the numbers of all questions applicable to any give state framework objective.
  • Annual IEP goals can be charted and compared to actual progress on each testing opportunity.
  • Can generate assessments for students above or below grade level for easy facilitation of special needs students.
